Perceived effects of drama therapy in people diagnosed with personality disorders: A qualitative study

This qualitative study examined how Individuals with diagnosed Personality Disorders (PDs) perceive drama therapy and its associated effects. Respondents indicated that they found that drama therapy allowed for playfulness, enabled them to connect their inner and outer emotional worlds, understand maladaptive coping styles, and change intrapersonal and interpersonal behavior.
